The rooms were okay, and the facilities were clean and pleasant. The food was excellent. What really stood out was the staff, especially the two women at the front of house. They worked the whole weekend, from our Thursday arrival through our Sunday departure, covering reception, the bar, and dining room. With 150 participants and their families in our motorcycle event group, everything still ran smoothly, and they never made anything feel like a hassle.

The front desk women were kind and helpful, easily the best part of this place tucked away in the north. The rooms were somewhat pleasant, but I wouldn't recommend eating here. The first meal wasn't to my taste, and it left me feeling physically ill. I was also disappointed that guests couldn't freely use the spa, gym, and pool. For instance, pool access is limited to one hour at a time and costs an extra 14.50e for that hour. Given the room prices, I thought that was ridiculous. I won't be back.

The staff are kind and helpful, and the AC works very well. The beds and pillows are good, and the shower is great. Still, room 148 felt old and broken, the bathroom door wouldn't shut, and I think there may be a water leak. The meals are pricey for this area. There are no vegan or vegetarian options, though breakfast does have plant-based milk. What bothered me most was the breakfast schedule. The hotel partners with Milagre Metaleiro, and the festival goes on until around 2 or 3am, yet breakfast only runs until 9h30 am, or 10am on Sunday. That really wasn't pleasant and almost felt deliberate. In my opinion, 220€ for two nights was too much. I'll think it over again for next year.

The rooms are good quality and the beds are comfortable. It's a nice, modern hotel and spa, and the food was pretty good too.
