My girlfriend and I loved our stay. A great way to get away from the city’s noise and pace. We’d do it again!

The view and the whole setting are lovely. The house has everything for cooking and barbecuing, and we made use of both the fire pit and the jacuzzi. Even though it was still cold in mid-March, the air conditioning kept us comfortable, and we lit the enclosed fireplace one evening. We spent some wonderful days at A Casa dos Avós. The house is beautiful and well looked after, mixing the distinctive charm of northern Portugal with modern touches. Our host Nuno was always fantastic and fully available remotely. He knew it was our honeymoon and left us some lovely treats, which made it even more special. We hope to come back one day, preferably in summer, to enjoy the pool with friends or family.
