8/10
Breakfast had a good range of things to choose from, and the only nuisance was the slow elevator, which meant a bit of waiting now and then. The room itself was roomy, clean, and nicely equipped, and the staff were courteous and ready to help. It was also easy to get to Coimbra's main sights and places to eat. A very pleasant stay at Hotel Coimbra Aeminium.

The service was impeccable, and the breakfast buffet is well worth recommending. Our room was clean and comfortable, though I would have preferred a softer mattress. I'd definitely come back.

A modern, fairly new hotel with the facilities you need for a comfortable night.

The bar is a really inviting spot, and breakfast was top notch. The rooms are super spacious too, which makes it a great hotel, but the soundproofing is awful. You can hear the neighbors chatting and whatever they're watching on TV. The walls seem paper thin, it's surreal.

I didn't stay overnight, so I can't say anything about the rooms. I stopped by the bar around 7:00 PM, when it was pretty empty, and found a quiet corner to work in with a glass of wine before heading home. Soft piano music and the cozy atmosphere made it a nice place to relax, and there was a good selection of food and drinks. I'd like to come back for some R&R and see what it's like when it's busier.
