The restaurant food was phenomenal, and the hotel was exceptionally clean. We booked through booking.com and got a WhatsApp message explaining the codes and other details. Communication and service were excellent. Highly recommended.

I didn’t stay at the hotel, this is just a review of the restaurant. The ingredients were fresh and everything was seasoned perfectly. After visiting five other cities before reaching Covilha, this was easily the best meal I’d had since arriving in Portugal. I could eat here every night if I could.

The bistro bar serves breakfast, which was quite impressive, and it also operates as a restaurant that you can visit even if you’re not staying at the hotel. The meals were delicious and the wine was fantastic. The hotel sits in the hills of the old town, and the rooms are great. Staff were very polite and helpful.

We had the octopus and duck breasts as our main courses, and both were excellent. The restaurant’s cooking is excellent for reasonable prices. Service was professional and attentive.
