The only small hassle was the step at the hotel entrance, which wasn’t easy with a wheelchair. The hotel also has no restaurant for dinner, though there’s one next door, split between a burger place and a more formal section. The staff were friendly and helpful, the view of the 15th century aqueduct was beautiful, and the breakfasts were nice. They brought breakfast to our room for my wife, who uses a wheelchair and can’t access the breakfast room or swimming pool. What a find. It eas excellent.

There’s no dedicated parking, but you can park for free across from the hotel if there’s space. Compared with what the other places were charging, this was reasonably priced and definitely worth it. The room was clean and smelled good. Breakfast didn’t offer much, but what they had was fresh and tasty.

I’ve been here for meetings and found the food first rate, served buffet style. Check the photos. If you want lunch here, you need to book ahead because they don’t have a lunchtime menu for casual visitors. The facilities are spotless, and the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Nothing seems too much trouble. A real find, 10 out of 10.

Across the street is the amazing Roman aqueduct, which leads up toward the castle a short walk up the hill. The hotel is older and sits in or near a very historic area, but the rooms were surprisingly modern and clean, with really comfortable beds. Free parking is available.
