Breakfast was good, and the lodge felt comfortable. Our small room had its own little bathroom, while some guests had to share one. The other spaces, including the living room, kitchen, and garden, are shared. Everything was clean and had what we needed. It's near the center of Ericeira.

The lodge is in an awesome location, and Joao and his mum have done a remarkable job decorating it. Everything was clean and put together so beautifully. I loved staying here and would definitely come back. Well done, Joao! 👍👏👏👏👏

It felt really comfortable and homely, and I loved it. I do wish they'd add a bidet, though.

We loved the place. The house feels so welcoming, and the decor is lovely, tasteful, and good quality. There was a good range at breakfast, and the owner was fantastic and very helpful. It's a three-minute walk to the beach at Ericeira and the bars and restaurants. We'll be back.

I really enjoyed the stay. The service was five-star, and booking with a Lifecooler voucher was easy and convenient, with everything handled by email. I asked about a different option that might have involved an extra payment, but the little treat was already in the room at no extra cost. The room, house, and breakfast were all perfect.
