Terra Lodge-Nature House

A nice cafe is just around the corner, and the communal space is great. It’s a good place to stay with dogs, with a kitchen and friendly people. The WiFi isn’t great, but you can work here.

The secret garden was a real gem, tucked away and full of character. We had an idyllic barbecue there under the stars, and I won’t forget it. The shared kitchen was another highlight, making it easy and fun to cook together and feel at home. We also joined Anna’s yoga session, which was fantastic. Her energy and approach helped us unwind and reconnect. We spent four wonderful days at this charming lodge in a peaceful village near Ericeira. It had the laid-back, welcoming atmosphere we wanted for a relaxing getaway with friends, and a lovely feeling from the people to the setting. Highly recommend it for a chill escape, just a short drive from the coast.

The Terra Lodge is remote and private, yet close to beaches, cafes, and hiking trails. We spent five days there for a yoga retreat and had the best experience. I highly recommend it for a cozy getaway or a week-long visit to the area.

Dogs are allowed, and the beach and city are both nearby. Natasha, the manager, was very friendly and helpful, as were the other people working there. Breakfast was fantastic every day. We stayed in the garden’s ‘hippie house’, a small hut with nice decor and its own terrace. It was a little damp, the only minor issue, but it didn’t bother us. Really a little pearl, and highly recommended!
