The team were brilliant, friendly and welcoming. There are great sea and sunset views from the upper balcony and terrace, plus lots of relaxed spaces in an informal surf-dude setting. The kitchen is large and well equipped, and the shared facilities work for big groups or smaller ones. It’s a great place with everything you need, on the edge of Ericiera.

There was an Italian guy working nights who was really loud and rude. He wouldn’t leave us alone in the kitchen and spoiled a couple of nice moments while some other guests and I were eating together. I can’t recommend staying there if he still works there, though he might be gone by now.

It has a bit of an upgraded-hostel feel, without having to sleep next to drunk teenagers. A great base for a surf trip in lovely Ericeira! 🏄🏻♂️

For what you get, it’s simply too expensive. They don’t mention that it’s a hostel, and towels and bedsheets are changed only once every 7 days, even if you’re staying 8. Not worth the money.

Very friendly staff. In Ericeira, close to the beach and a surf spot, and about 500 m from the center, shops and bus station.
