The kitchen had all we needed, and the furnished dining space and common areas felt just as comfortable as the rooms. Shops and restaurants are nearby, and the laundry is right across the street. We really didn't miss anything during our Caminho Português trip, and this became one of our favorite stops. We'd love to return. Thank you! The woman at reception gave us a perfect welcome, too. :)
During my Camino in June 2025, I found this hostel clean, with a good shower setup and a handy place to wash clothes. The staff were kind, and it sits right on the Camino, close to restaurants and other places you might need.

The shared-room beds are clean and comfortable, with everything a hiker needs, and the showers and kitchen are good too. This is a cut above most hostels.
A lovely host made this already lovely hostel even better. Since it was a quiet season, I got a room to myself. The owner also helped arrange a massage across the road, which was amazing and very reasonably priced.
