The gardens and decor at Raquel's place make it feel like a welcoming little gem in Estoril. Meaningful quotes on the walls add to the homely feel. Raquel and Sveta were fantastic hosts, available in person or via What's App, and flexible about my night flights. They were also generous with recommendations and hospitality. I felt relaxed, recharged and completely at ease here. If I’m back in the area, this will be my first choice. Thanks so much, Raquel x

Soul Lab is one of the most magical and unique spaces in Estoril. It’s near the beach, with great people and big experiences, including classes like dance, yoga and surf. I really enjoyed it and feel grateful to have met Soul Lab.

Seeing this house again is amazing. I was born here and lived here until I was 73. My father built it, and by coincidence my mother was a yoga teacher here too... :)

At Soul Lab, I found a sense of peace and harmony. Everything seems to flow from inside out through a beautiful garden. It feels like a place designed with each person’s well-being in mind. I recommend it. Congratulations!
