The low price and closeness to the old town are the only real upsides. Getting to the parking area is a major challenge, if you can get in at all. The lanes are so narrow that anything larger than a B-segment car can’t access it, and even with a smaller car it’s difficult. The bathroom water temperature was hard to set, and the shower hose came off. The air conditioning didn’t work, and there was no remote to operate it. The man at reception cancelled the reservation, claiming there was a water problem. I suspect he may have been trying to avoid the Booking commission, though I can’t be sure. We also weren’t given a proper receipt, just a handwritten slip listing the room cost and some other details. This was the worst place I’ve stayed in for a long time. Avoid it unless price is your absolute priority.

The manager was very nice and helpful with directions. I showed up three hours before check-in, and he changed my room so I could get in right away. I also met a really nice guest from Brazil who answered some questions for me. The room had just one power outlet, and the Wi-Fi signal was so weak that I had to go outside to get it working. You get what you pay for.

The location is convenient for the center, and the nights were fairly quiet. Still, the stay was awful, especially for what it costs, and I really wouldn’t recommend it. The room smelled bad, the bathroom was old, and there wasn’t any complimentary soap or anything. No one was at reception either.

I got sick from how cold it was, and there wasn’t even a heater in the room. They said it was wheelchair accessible, but it absolutely wasn’t. The host was very unfriendly. Worst place I’ve ever stayed.
