Fontinha, a really good local restaurant, is only a few minutes away on foot, and the airport is close too. The room was spacious and cleaned, with a good fan, but there were two dirty towels left on the back of the door and the toilet was very dirty when I arrived. The bathroom was about what you'd expect at this price. People talking in the street at 2 a.m. were easy to hear, so bring earplugs if you want a decent night's sleep. If cleanliness matters a lot to you, spend a bit more. If you're trying to save, pack earplugs.

Good value for one night, especially if you have an early flight since the airport is within walking distance. There's a shared bathroom, and you can use the kitchen.

We paid 128 Euros expecting at least a decent night's sleep before our early flight, but it was a waste of money. We arrived around 19:00 and left at 6:00 am, and hardly slept. The cushions were too soft, the room was hot, the fan was noisy, and the walls were so thin we could hear dogs barking all night. We also got mosquito bites and had to haul our suitcases up all those stairs. The place smelled awful and moldy. It was uncomfortable for all those reasons.

If being close to the airport is what you're after,

I couldn't get any sleep here. The toilets were flooded, the kitchen smelled like drains, and the TV in my room wasn't watchable.
