The location was great, and the house felt cozy and was very clean. I especially loved having breakfast in the morning sun, close to nature, while listening to the sea. From inside the house, we could also enjoy a beautiful sunset over the water. The Ria Formosa view right across from the main entrance was lovely, and I really enjoyed the walk I took there. There was also delicious traditional Portuguese food just about 25 metres from the house. A valuable experience, I recommend it.

The house is charming and cozy, and you can step straight onto the beach from it. Its location couldn’t be better. There are cafes nearby too, which made things easier for us. I loved it!

We spent a wonderful week at Casa Viegas. Sonja was so welcoming, friendly and helpful, and we’d love to return. The house was spotless, well kept and had everything we needed. When we wanted a break from having the beach as our backyard, there were several lovely spots around the house to sit or stretch out, in sun or shade. We explored by bike, spotted beautiful birds and found some nice restaurants.
