There’s a shared outdoor kitchen for self-catering, plus a place to sit and eat and a private garden. The views are lovely if you take a short walk nearby. I’d suggest having a car, since Estoi is not comfortably walkable for most people, especially with shopping bags. If you come by taxi, do your shopping before you arrive. I had such a peaceful, lovely stay and recommend it to anyone wanting some quiet. The owner was helpful and friendly, and made me feel welcome right away. The rooms are clean and homely, with powerful hot showers and a little fridge of your own.

It felt like paradise, and I wish we’d booked a longer stay. Frédéric is an amazing host. We’ll definitely come back.

We felt really comfortable in this lovely little house, and the owner was very friendly. It is quite a way from Faro and 10 km from Olhão, though. You’ll need a car to get there.

The garden and terrace were a real treat, and the place has a sea view. It’s a very well-equipped, nicely furnished private stay on a hill, with a welcoming owner. The surroundings are beautiful, but you’ll need a car to reach it. Fuseta beach is about a 20-minute drive away.

We spent a week at Casa de Cabeca, and the little outdoor dining spot was lovely for winding down in the evening. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and laid out really well. There was even a small chocolate and jam as a welcome treat. Frédéric was charming and helpful while still giving us space, and his recommendations were great. We’d definitely recommend staying here.
