That birthday surprise made our stay especially memorable: there was a lovely card and a small gift waiting for me when we arrived. Jacaranda Guesthouse is beautiful and spotless, close to everything but still calm and relaxing. We felt welcome from the start, and the hosts were friendly, attentive, and happy to help with anything. Amazing location and hosts. We’d gladly come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Faro.

The outdoor hot tub was a nice extra, and there’s a lovely restaurant next door, with a little shop across the road. It’s about a 10-minute drive from the airport. Inside, the rooms were clean and fresh, and the big communal kitchen was clean and well organised. The woman who checked us in was such a lovely wee soul. I love this little treasure and have already booked to go back. I’m sure I’ll return again.

I’ll write another review after my parents have stayed, but before the trip, the customer service has been attentive and amazing. I’m extremely pleased with it ☺️

The location was unbeatable, close to the Old City, the shoreline, and some very popular places to eat. The staff made us feel so welcome, especially Maria, who couldn’t have been nicer. Our rooms were cozy and very nicely decorated. There’s also a shared kitchen area with water and coffee machines, a refrigerator, and space to cook. We had an absolutely great stay.

Right in the city centre, but still quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful and the instructions clear. There’s a lovely terrace, a jacuzzi, and a kitchen with everything you need. The furniture is new. I’d highly recommend this place 😍
