Walk in Hostel Faro

We’d never tried a hostel before, but really enjoyed this one. It was good value and under a 10-minute walk from Faro Airport, which worked perfectly with our early flight home the next morning. The only reason I’d hold back a star is the shower water was quite cold. Still, I’d definitely recommend staying here 👌

I only stayed one night since the price suited me, but the hostel would be comfortable for several days too. It’s within walking distance of the airport. The rooms were clean, the under-bed lockers were handy, and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

We booked room E, the family room with its own bathroom, and it was exceptionally clean with tasteful decor. The outdoor area is lovely, with a small pool, and the shared kitchen is well equipped. It’s a very nice, affordable place near Faro airport, and I’d stay again.

The reception closes at 9 pm, so let the staff know if you expect to arrive later; they’ll give you instructions. We also found the vending machine useful for coffee and snacks in the morning. The staff were great, and it’s a good location, though Google Maps sent us on a longer walking route in the evening. By morning we’d figured it out and got to the airport much faster. Good luck!
