The room was clean, and after check-out they let us leave our bags there when we asked, even though there isn't proper luggage storage. Apart from that, the stay was satisfactory, but getting checked in was frustrating. We'd told them our arrival time in advance, yet nobody was there when we arrived. There's no reception, and the host said she'd be there in five minutes after I called, but we waited 40 minutes. I called twice more and learned she was waiting upstairs on the second floor. We'd clearly said we were waiting at the bar next door, so we had no way to know she was upstairs. She said only her colleague could access the Booking.com chat on her phone, but arranging internal communication is the property's responsibility, not the guest's. They also asked us for a €50 deposit in case of damage.
