Miss Sara made a real difference to my stay. She handled check-in warmly and professionally, took care of everything smoothly, and checked in several times to make sure all was well. Mr. David was kind and helpful throughout my visit too. This was my second stay at Áurea Museum Hotel and my fourth with Eurostars Hotel Company, and everything was excellent again. I appreciate the hospitality, would recommend the hotel to friends and family, and look forward to coming back.

A beautiful, new hotel right beside the sanctuary in Fatima. The rooms were clean, the service friendly, and the food delicious. I recommend it.

The buffet breakfast was great, and the service was friendly. The hotel is very clean and modern, with comfortable rooms. Even though it's beside the bus station, it's very quiet. The Basilica is a 10 minute walk away, and there's a great supermarket opposite.

The gym was excellent. Several things advertised didn't match what I found: there were no scales, and the minibar was just an empty fridge that only switched on with the room power. The room wasn't properly equipped either, with no kettle, glasses or information folder. I'm not sure what the advertised "excellent areas" referred to, unless it meant the entry passage. The website showed a double bed, but we got two single beds pushed together, each with its own single sheet.

I felt very unwelcome because of the two women at the front desk. Their attitude was terrible and the service was poor. I asked about a tea break, since hotels often offer tea time for a fee, and was quickly dismissed. I won't stay here again and would tell my friends to avoid it. Management should train staff to be more positive and friendly toward guests who choose to stay at the hotel.
