The food was mediocre at best, the walls are thin, and the staff seemed indifferent. This definitely doesn't feel like a four-star hotel. Holiday Inn locations in the States are much nicer.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bathrooms are nice. Service was good, too. The Sanctuary area is within walking distance, with plenty of shops and restaurants about ten minutes away on foot. One of the better hotels in this area.
