The only good thing was the location. There was no information about how to check in and no front desk. The phone number outside was difficult to reach, especially for people visiting from abroad. The towels were worn out, full of holes and tears, basically rags. I have pictures to prove it. There were very few toiletries, and not enough toilet paper for four people over two nights. Good thing I brought some of my own. For what I paid, I could have stayed in a 4 star hotel. I'm writing honestly to let people know and to ask the owner to do something to improve this place.

The common areas smelled bad, and the sheets were dirty. The pillowcase in particular looked like someone had already used it. The bedside lamp didn't work, and there was no insulation, so it felt like sleeping in the street. Check-in started at another hotel, where they asked for a 50 euro guarantee on top of the 200 euros already paid for one night. I'm glad we had somewhere to rest, but the price and service were hard to accept. It's sad to feel there is no respect for pilgrims.

I went there and the room was bad, nothing was clean. I forgot my Nike shoes, and he won't give them back to me. 👎👎
