The rooms were absolutely great, and the staff were very professional. They arranged a visit to the caves, which was an amazing experience from the hotel pickup right through to being dropped back. I’d recommend this place for its hospitality.

The room was simple and comfortable, and the staff were helpful. It was clean and breakfast was good. The location is right beside the basilica and chapel of apparitions. The only drawback was that the TV programs were only in Portuguese.

It took two hours to get checked in. There was no reception, just a phone number that nobody picked up. I eventually found someone at another hotel run by the same company, and they helped me. The whole place felt unsafe. Terrible.

The room itself was fine and the heating worked well, but the pillows and blankets were very thin. We also had no hot water for a shower. They offered to fix it, though we were only there for one night and planned to leave early the next morning. It wasn't a good experience.

The location is excellent and the price is good for what you get. But we were left waiting an hour with our luggage before getting access to the room, and there was no hot water.
