One2Seven

We only booked one night while touring the Algarve, and ended up wishing we’d planned a longer stay. The room was fantastic, with a lovely balcony, a really comfortable bed and a bath that was practically hot tub sized. We enjoyed breakfast by the beautiful pool, which has amazing views, and the spread was impressive. The amenities were the sort you’d expect at a five star hotel. Luisa gave us a warm, professional welcome, too. We loved our stay and will definitely come back for a few more nights.

Luisa gave us some great suggestions for food, and we really enjoyed the restaurants, food and wine she recommended. The view over Ferragudo and Portimão is incredible, and the rooms are beautiful in this tastefully designed hotel. Everyone on the team was exceptionally kind and warm. We were here to explore the coast and the countryside and mountains, so we didn’t make use of the fitness room, sauna, rental bikes, books or the other amenities. Even with lovely sunny weather, we never once lounged by the beautiful pool. For a longer stay or a rainy spell, though, the positive atmosphere would probably be a real plus. We’ve seen plenty of places and hotels we don’t feel a need to visit again. This one is different. We’d happily return, and Ferragudo and One2Seven are on our list for another Algarve trip.

I’ve stayed at One2Seven more than once, and it’s become one of my favourite places in the Algarve. It’s easy to walk to the town centre or beach, and the staff are lovely, especially Luisa. Breakfast is very good and healthy. The place feels like a carefully maintained oasis. My apartment had mesmerizing views, and there was also a terrace up top with a remarkable outlook over the town, river and even the mountains. The infinity pool faces the sunset, and its glass windows let you take pictures from below. I’d highly recommend discovering this hidden gem in lovely Ferragudo.

We were a group of 14, spread across three villas and townhouses. The views were pretty, the pool was great, and our host was really helpful. An absolutely awesome place to stay.
