The location is wonderfully peaceful, in a small village away from the city's bustle, and there’s parking on the property for cars. We had a lovely stay and Sonia welcomed us so warmly. She’s charming, always smiling, and quick to help. In the evening we had a delicious homemade meal, very generous in size. Ideal for a restful break.

Sónia gave us such a warm welcome. The monastery is tucked away in the heart of a charming little village, and the typical house is peaceful and relaxing. She made us an excellent, very generous dinner, and breakfast was just as delicious. Thank you, Sónia, for looking after your guests so attentively and greeting us with such a warm smile. We had a fantastic weekend. D. Sónia gets five stars, she was always available and so friendly. When she found out I liked tea, she immediately offered to gather some freshly picked herbs for me. If you want to get away from the noise and stress, I’d highly recommend Solar de Pedrosos.
