We stayed as a couple and would definitely book again. The garden was a lovely place for a relaxed breakfast or to unwind after a hike, and the nearest car rental agency was only a two-minute walk across the street. The apartment is modern and in a quiet part of central Funchal. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and the kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook for yourself.
The decor was the standout for us, it's beautiful and stylish. The apartment itself is cozy, clean, and has everything you need. We felt completely at home and would happily return. It's easy to get around Funchal on foot from this very central spot, but the apartment is still incredibly quiet. The little courtyard feels like a garden, and was lovely for morning coffee or a drink outside in the evening. Our host was incredibly kind and shared lots of tips for Funchal and the surrounding area. Definitely rent a car to explore the island, the rental agency is within walking distance. Highly recommended!
We really enjoyed our week here. The apartment is spacious, modern, and perfectly furnished, with a quiet location and an idyllic garden courtyard. The supermarket, restaurants, and car rental are all within walking distance. Parking nearby costs extra, though bicycles can park for free.
