In general not bad. The ladies were cleaning very nicely and they were super kind. In the kitchen and in some of the rooms there were ants. No mosquito net in some of the rooms so I could not open the window. It was hot and humid so it was very uncomfortable. There was a fan under the ceiling but it was working very loudly. Next to the house there were some construction works so it was a bit loud and you could hearf the traffic as it's just next to the busy road. The house is nice but definitely needs some improvements.

Rooms are a bit basic but they are comfortable and clean. There was a major ant problem in the kitchen on arrival which wasn't ideal. The cleaning lady is amazing though and super lovely and it's very ideally located for walks into Funchal!

A wonderful place to stay. The hosts, Ana and Sonia were extremely helpful. They gave us advise where to go siteseeing, eat or get a drink. Big thanks for recommending a car rental company! The breakfasts were very nice with plenty of fruit. We didn't lack a thing at Quinta Mar&Sol.
