Fuseta Formosa Village

From the rooftop and both front and rear balconies, you get these views. We've stayed at the apartment in Formosa Village several times over the past few years and have never been disappointed. It's spotless and well equipped, with excellent WiFi. Bars, restaurants and a small supermarket are only a short walk away, as are the beach and nature reserve, which has lovely walking routes.

We've been here six times in autumn now and are very happy with both the apartment and Fuseta. The railway line is right behind the apartment, so Tavira, Olhao and Faro are easy and inexpensive to reach. We enjoy the morning sun on the terrace, and later the roof terrace has incredible views. There's a great pool, and it's lovely to take the boat to the island. The restaurants are mostly okay, and Nano brew is a Norwegian beer bar worth mentioning.

There's everything you need in this really nice apartment, and then some. I loved having the big balcony for coffee in the morning or a drink later on. The pool is large and has loads of sun loungers. I'd happily stay here again. Full marks! 🤩

Maria and Catharina, the landlords, were very helpful and service-minded during our three weeks in this lovely, well-equipped apartment in Fuzeta. If you're lucky like we were, one of them may even show you around the area. The apartment is well placed in town for taking nice trips, and the local train nearby makes it easy to explore more of the coast towards Spain. Highly recommended. Elsa & Halvor Bjerke.
