The location gets 4/5: very central and ideal, though it sits on a bit of a steep hill. Cleanliness was 3/5. It was satisfactory overall, but some spots needed a more thorough clean. Customer service gets 5/5, as they were responsive and helpful. For a week or so, I’d call the stay satisfactory. The space was good enough for sleeping and washing. There was a smell from the bathroom hand basin, but closing its drain when it wasn’t in use stopped it completely. The room even smelled pleasant when we got back for the day. No problem 🤭

The apartment had a horrible smell, just like other guests said they experienced.

I’m really angry and feel cheated after spending quite a bit on this stay. The view was awful, and on the second floor it felt like being in a prison. Staff were absent and there was no cleaning. Everything, including the tourist tax, had to be paid in advance. They also charged €2 to leave luggage, but you only get one lock; to lock the rest, you need to pay another €2. A terrible experience.
