The room is big and the bed is nice, but there's no air conditioning, no hot water, and no staff member to speak to.

The private bathroom we booked turned out to be shared. The door lock was broken, including on another guest's room, and a dog came into mine. A neighbor also entered to retrieve his kids' ball from the pool, which was dry. There was an overflowing ashtray by the pool too. The room and property seemed not to have been cleaned: food scraps, dog hair, dirty linens with hair, leftover dirt, rubbish, and clothes left by previous guests. There were no towels or toilet paper, and the toilet water drained into the shower. You get the picture. Worst hotel in Portugal.

The pool was empty and filthy, and rubbish made the patio impossible to access. The kitchen was very dirty, and several times there was no electricity even to make coffee. There was no TV, no shampoo or toilet rolls, and on most days no hot water for a shower. The bedroom smelled as if people had been smoking in it all the time. The bed was broken and propped up with blocks of cement, it didn't have enough blankets, and I couldn't sleep any night. This was the worst experience of my life. I didn't have proper conditions to sleep, and what's shown on the booking site isn't true. I have photos to prove it and am requesting a full refund. I'm planning to complain to the Portuguese organization that handles these types of facilities. This is a scam. Do not use this place.

We were shown three dirty rooms with broken furniture. There was body hair all over the bathroom, the kitchen was greasy, and the house was dirty with several broken and dirty things. There was no assistance on site. The woman who dealt with us was unfriendly, unhelpful, and lied. Awful place, and they won't give you your money back.
