10/10
The views were amazing, and the place felt so peaceful, well away from the noise and rush of the city. We drove easily to some lovely spots to visit and eat. The room and pools were great, breakfast had plenty of options, and the staff were friendly. I stayed with my partner for a weekend to celebrate our first anniversary, and it was perfect. Loved that it’s pet friendly. A 10/10 family, friends, or couples getaway. We want to come back soon.

The rooms could use an update, and the walls are thin enough that they may get noisy. The balcony is barely there. On the plus side, service was great, breakfast was nice, parking was plentiful, and the masseuse was excellent.

The outdoor setting and view were lovely, and dinner at the restaurant was very good and fairly priced. The bungalow itself, though, felt old and gloomy, including the rooms and bathroom. There were no wardrobe hangers and barely any room for clothes, and no TV in the bedroom. The shower leaked, and both air conditioners shared a single remote. It seemed odd for a four star hotel to have no robes or slippers, though reception rents them. The gym only opens at 9 a.m., so I couldn't use it. Breakfast was poor quality with very little choice.

We liked the good prices, the tasty food, and especially the great view. The hotel was clean and quiet, with very friendly staff and a large, well kept pool. They also accepted dogs, which was a big plus for us.

2/10
Unbelievable that the hotel itself would arrange a party in the garden facing the rooms. On Sunday night, loud, horrible music went on until well after midnight for around 30 teenagers, judging by the music. Nobody staying there could sleep. Usually the worry is noisy guests, but here it was the organisation causing it.
