The setting is lovely, around a mountain 830m high, and the location itself is quiet and peaceful. Staff were hospitable, too. But the facilities are in poor shape and seem to have gone without maintenance for years: peeling walls with old paint, outdated fittings, and air conditioning that doesn't work. There was no cable TV, the internet wouldn't work in the room and was only available in the hallway, and there was no cleaning. The room wasn't clean, with hair on the bed linen and towels, which had been washed badly. Breakfast was a real hassle. It was supposed to start at 7:30, but when I left at 7:40 nobody was there. An older woman eventually hurried over and made coffee and bread with butter, though it seemed the choice was either no butter or no bread. That's all there was. At €40 a night, this is very poor quality for a three-star hotel. The experience made me say, never again.
