The entrance is nice, but we had a number of issues. Breakfast was meant to start at 8:30, yet the tables still weren’t set by 8:45. When I asked about organic eggs, they didn’t know and said they came premixed in a packet. The toilet seat was uncomfortable, and the sinks only worked at maximum force. I asked them to make my bed, but they replied, “Hello, Vincent. No worries, since you're leaving tomorrow, we won't be making your bed anyway 😊 Thank you for your feedback though”. I don’t understand why leaving the next day means they won’t make the bed when asked.

The building was spotless and breakfast was delightful. The staff were very friendly, especially Carlos, who took customer service seriously. A fantastic stay, and I’ll definitely check this place again if I return to Guimaraes.

Rita, the hostess, was super friendly and helpful, with tips and advice whenever we needed them. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the wifi was good. We loved our stay. The only small drawback was that the air-conditioning was a little hard to control.

The room was clean and generously sized, and the staff were friendly with service available around the clock. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes’ walk from the historical center and close to everything. I’d certainly stay here again if I return to Guimaraes.
