The dinner was great, and the staff were friendly. The place was very clean and spacious, with a nice dry sauna, steam sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. There were only a few chairs, though, and some benches for leaving towels would have helped. Breakfast was good, but the pastries and other food were exactly the same each day. They should also have gluten-free and dairy-free options for people with allergies.

The family suite felt dated and very average, and I don't think it was worth the 680 EUR I paid for four nights. Halfway through our stay I got very sick and had to leave early. I asked the hotel if they could try selling the unused nights again, with a refund only if someone booked them. I wasn't asking them to guarantee anything. They refused outright, which was within their contractual rights, but I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility and empathy in a bad, unexpected situation. At checkout, nobody thanked me for staying. This was the most unfriendly hotel I've ever stayed in, and the first time I've written a negative review.

We had a great family stay. The spa and gym were lovely places to relax, and the bartender was so kind and friendly. Check-in was quick thanks to the efficient reception staff. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well cared for.

The rooms are spacious, and it's a family hotel with free parking. The location is fairly good for walking into town. Having to buy a bathing cap and pay extra for robes is ridiculous.
