The staff were very friendly and kind, and the location was convenient for island attractions, with the airport a 15-minute drive away. The ocean and sidewalk are right next to the hotel, and restaurants, cafes and a supermarket are nearby. There's a parking garage behind the building. Our room and bathroom were clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable, but the room felt small, especially with two people's luggage. Hot water took around 3 minutes to come, particularly in the morning. The WiFi was very weak and kept disconnecting. We could also hear people in the corridor and the next room.

The balcony had a lovely ocean view, and I liked falling asleep to the sound of the waves. It's a lovely hotel by the sea, well suited to a relaxing couple's stay. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was nice, and Jessica at the front desk was perfect.

We stayed for 1 week and found the hotel very good, with a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was amazing with lots of choice. I highly recommend visiting all the island.

I had a lovely stay. The room was spacious with a huge bed, free breakfast and cold AC, and the staff were welcoming and kind. For a more affordable trip to Ponta Delgada, catching the bus is easy. And don't forget to swim in one of the natural pools around the corner 😊

The location made it easy to get to the main sights, and the room had all the comforts we needed. It was spotless, and they even provide beach towels at no charge. My husband and I have been travelling for a year, and this family-run hotel gave us the best customer experience by far. Everyone was kind and attentive. Since I’m gluten and lactose intolerant, they arranged gluten-free and lactose-free breakfast products for me. Breakfast had a great selection, including local items. On our very early flight day, we found a huge takeaway breakfast waiting in our room. Such a lovely surprise. We can’t recommend the place enough.
