Boavista Golf & Spa — Bela Colina Holidays

We stayed in unit 7. The condo had a polished, upscale feel, with tiled or marble floors, heated bathroom floors and powered blinds. It was very clean and in a quiet neighbourhood, about a five-minute drive from the beach. One bedroom was a little small, but fine. We had a great stay.

The apartment was well equipped, with daily service that included fresh towels. It’s in an excellent spot in Lagos, close to town, services and lots of attractions.

We stayed from the 6th to the 13th of August, and it was absolutely perfect. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Our two-bedroom townhouse was immaculate, well equipped for cooking, and cleaned every day. There were plenty of relaxing spots outside to enjoy the sun, and the restaurant had a good range of meals at reasonable prices. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. If you don’t drive, reception can call an Uber for you, and Lagos town is a short drive away for just a few euros. I’d definitely return.

Breakfast was good, and the house was clean and had amenities. But the beds were very uncomfortable for a five-star place, and the blankets and bedding felt low quality. Dinner was bad, with the same incredibly tasteless food every day for a week. Staff were rude and careless, and didn’t pay attention to requests. Reception also ignored requests, especially about a slightly late checkout, even though they knew we had babies with us. I’ve never seen a place calling itself five-star offer such a low standard of service.
