A last-minute change of plans led to a special New Year’s Eve, which I still can’t quite believe. Marek, his wife Isabel, and another couple were such pleasant, friendly hosts. From the rooftop, we had a VIP view of the fireworks and could enjoy the music too. It was the best New Year’s Eve! We’re planning to come back for the beach.

I stayed six nights and could easily have stayed six years. You feel at home, safe, and comfortable right away. Marek, Isabelle, and Xana were so lovely and made sure we had what we needed. The location is the best in the old historic town, and although you share the amazing kitchen and rooftop, you often have the place to yourself. Thanks so much for looking after everyone and treating us like family. 🙏😘💗

The rooftop terrace was a beautiful place to finish the evening with a glass of wine, and the location in Old Town Lagos was just right, only steps from parking. My wife and I had a great stay at Infante Guest House. Isabel and Marek were fantastic hosts, full of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Their suggestions helped make our time in Lagos better than we’d imagined. We’d recommend it to anyone visiting and would book again ourselves.

Marek’s welcome chat gave us ideas for things we really enjoyed, including a kayak tour, the boardwalk cliff hike, and some terrific restaurants. We loved how easy it was to get around from the guesthouse, with everything a short walk away. Our room was bright, roomy, clean, and comfortable. The shared rooftop deck felt like a little haven for reading or having wine, with a view over the beach and waterfront. We didn’t want to leave.

I was telling a friend about this guesthouse today and realized I’d never written about our stay in Lagos in October 2025. Isabel and Marek were such wonderful hosts. The Infante Guesthouse was memorable, and we felt at home. I’ll definitely return!
