Hotel D. Dinis

For a two-star hotel, it's surprisingly good. Everyone is nice, there's private parking, and the rooms have a TV and air conditioning. You can even get breakfast brought to your room for a small extra fee.

There was plenty of parking, with a space always available. The room was clean, and breakfast was fairly priced, with bread, cakes, juices, and yogurt. The receptionist was incredibly friendly, gave us some tips, and helped me find my way to the hotel. Had an amazing experience today, nothing to complain about.

The views over Leiria City really added to our stay at Hotel Dom Dinis in Leiria, and the rooms were comfortable and nicely appointed. We also had a delightful breakfast, with fresh fruit, pastries, and savory choices to suit different tastes. The staff were warm and attentive, which made us feel well looked after. With the amenities and welcoming service, it works well for a holiday or a business trip. Hotel Dom Dinis exceeded my expectations.

The next day I moved to an upgraded room with a balcony on the 3rd floor and a pleasant view of town. It got stuffy at night, though, and I had to ask for the AC control because it was kept away from guests. My first room had been small, with a closed-in view at the back of the hotel. The receptionist seemed cold and serious when I arrived, so I had to remind her to smile. Breakfast was pretty okay, and at checkout I was able to leave my belongings without any hassle. That staff member was quite friendly. The hotel feels old and classic, but my stay was quiet and comfortable.
