ibis Leiria Fatima

The bed was clean, but the rest of the room wasn't. Good thing we wiped the table before trying to change our baby. There were two shower towels and no hand towels in the bathroom, and the lobby guitar had a broken string, which was the last straw. The hotel doesn't live up to the name on the signs. From the start, the staff were hard to deal with. The comfort rooms seemed the same as regular rooms, just with a $2 bottle of water and a coffee machine with one pod. That felt like an €18 upgrade.

Cosy hotel in a good location, with a great spot to work in the coffee area and awesome staff.

The breakfast food was really bad, and the lounge had broken things in it, including the guitar that's meant to fit the hotel's rock theme. It doesn't live up to its name. The bathroom was ugly and dirty, the trash hadn't been emptied, and both the soap and toilet paper had already been used.

We spent a weekend here. The room was compact but very clean, quiet, and the air conditioning worked well. Staff were efficient, friendly, and helpful. It was convenient to have the bar and café right there, and there's a river walk nearby. There's a parking garage, but the spaces are very tight, so it's for small cars only.
