The room was quiet comfortable, and the shower water was lovely and hot, though the shower enclosure was tiny. The guesthouse has been nicely renovated. Wi-Fi wouldn't connect in my room, and the bed felt small, especially for anyone tall.

The quiet was nice, but the lack of help was a real problem. There was nobody around for customer service, and when I replied to messages sent through the booking sites, I was ignored. They describe access as fully automated, which sounded appealing at first. But my room was hot, and I couldn't figure out how to switch on the air conditioning, or even tell if there was one in the room. The only response seemed to be an automated bot. I wouldn't go there.

It was a great experience in a clean, quiet area. The staff were friendly. I only actually met one guy, and he was a good person. I'll definitely come back.

We found it good value, and the location worked well for our visit to Belém. A very comfortable, clean hostel, and an excellent place to stay.

For the price, the location is amazing. The place was clean and tidy, and felt a bit more civilized than most of the hostels I've stayed in.
