Apartments Lisboa - Parque das Nacoes

Everything felt new and thoughtfully set up in the apartment. It was spotless, modern and really comfortable. We loved staying at Your Lisbon Home – Parque das Nações, with restaurants, the river and metro close by. We’d definitely come back.

My son and I each have over 100 bites after a terrible stay in a place full of live bed bugs. The company has ignored both our messages and the messages from booking asking for a refund. If you want your whole body itching, this is the place.

The room was in very bad shape: paint was peeling, the bathtub wouldn’t drain, there were scratches and stains everywhere, and there was no air conditioning. A bar next door played loud music until 3:00 AM, along with people screaming and banging on the walls. This place is part of a larger group that runs these scams. The management specialises in fraudulent advertising, and the website photos don’t show what you get when you book.

We stayed at the end of February and the location was handy, close to shops, restaurants and a station. The hair dryer and washing machine both worked fine, but the IKEA bed and sofa were worn out. We booked through Booking.com, and my review there seems to have been removed or hidden. The baby crib cost an extra 15 euros. It had odd stains on the mesh, maybe blood or feces, and didn’t feel stable, so it wasn’t worth the charge. We contacted the agent or office about our complaint, but weren’t happy with the help we got. The stay itself was okay.
