When we arrived at apartment number 11 on Friday, 6 June, we found it in this condition. We immediately asked them to clean, especially since we had paid €417. Instead, they offered only some dirty linen, as the photos show, and told us to leave if we didn't like it. So we left straight away and put the keys in the designated box, as instructed. We took photos and sent them to booking. Both booking and a woman who answered their phone assured us we'd get a full refund because of the condition and their mistake. She said it wasn't the first time this had happened, and that the manager would handle everything when she returned that day and accept the refund. But we just received a refusal. After the disgusting condition of the accommodation, the lack of hygiene, and not even staying a single day, they still won't return our money. Stay away from these places. Scammers!
