I've never written a review before, but this was awful. We booked through Hotels.com four months ahead and paid over $1,000 upfront for four days. When we arrived to check in, we couldn't get hold of the host. Four hours later, they finally told us they'd accidentally booked another guest and had nowhere to put us. At 7 pm, we had to find somewhere else for our family for four nights at the last minute. Homing.com didn't help even though it was their mistake. I wouldn't trust this host. Be careful.

We'd paid in advance for five nights and got a confirmation, but it didn't include a street address. After finding the unit, we still couldn't get in: no key, no entry code, and the supplied phone number was disconnected. The owner ignored our email asking for a call. We cancelled, got the money back through our credit card, and arranged somewhere else. Fortunately, we'd paid by card.
