We were fine with the side dishes changing based on availability, but I wish someone had explained what would come with the cod before we ordered. It was a matter of preference for us, though in another situation it could matter for a guest with allergies. We speak English, and communication with the staff was a bit difficult because their English was limited. They seemed to be trying hard to give good service, and I appreciated the effort. To avoid confusion, I showed photos from reviews when ordering. I picked the cod in photo 1, with carrots and zucchini, but the dish that came had potatoes, spinach, and onions instead.

The oxtail croquets and sirloin were so good, I was blown away by everything we ate. The chefs deserve never to have a bad day or hardship in their lives. The waitstaff were friendly, sweet, and funny, paid close attention to what we needed, and gave us amazing recommendations. CHEFS KISS.

I had lunch here and loved the atmosphere and the service. The food was amazing. I ordered Polvo á Lagareiro, followed by Tarde de Pêra for dessert.

The cod fritters and beef sharer are definitely worth recommending. Everything was delicious, and the team were welcoming, friendly, fun, and really knowledgeable. A beautiful setting with a relaxed feel, and fantastic service.
