Casa Lisboa Oriente

We booked a queen room from 9:00am-6:00pm for two people and our dog, for 60€ including tax. The room was small, clean, and quiet, and they even gave our dog a goodie bag. Pets are welcome, and staff were friendly and helpful. Full breakfast is included in the room rate. The hotel is next to the train and bus stations, less than 10 minutes from the airport. When rooms are available, you can rent one for six hours to recover from jet lag. Highly recommend.

We stayed three nights at the Moxy Lisboa Oriente. It’s a fine hotel for the price, right across from Oriente Train station and close to the airport. Staff were friendly, and the room was simple and clean, with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, sink soap, and a hair dryer. There are two places to sit, one built into the table and one barrel-style chair. There’s no fridge or microwave. Snacks and water are for sale in the lobby, and the continental breakfast costs 12 euros. Nearby side streets off a main avenue have plenty of shops and food options. The wonderful aquarium is about two miles away and well worth a visit, while the commerce square is about six miles away.

The rooms were very nice, and the staff were friendly. The location is convenient for the airport, with the bus depot and train station across the street, and there was a welcome cocktail. My only complaint: two guests got one bath towel and one hand towel.

Right beside the train and bus station, the location was great, with plenty of services nearby and a good vibe. Staff were average, no issues there. Our room, though, was a mess. There were only two pillows for a queen bed, and the bathroom sink was clogged and dripping foul water onto the towels underneath. One bath towel had a lump of brown, smelly stuff on it that smelled like feces. We were pretty grossed out.
