We reported and documented the problems straight away, but the landlords responded late and didn't do enough. The apartment had a strong damp, musty smell soon after we arrived, and water came in above a window on the first night. There was also visible moisture and mold damage in several places, which made us concerned about our health. The place fell short of what we expected. I wouldn't recommend it.
