Dowtown Apartment Expo20

I'm extremely unhappy with the condition and management of this accommodation. We had told the person in charge when our flight would arrive, but at check-in she refused to let us in at 2 p.m. because she had personal plans in Carcavelos. We had to change our plans and wait until 6 p.m. to get into the apartment. It wasn't suitable for a family at all. The so-called single bedroom was actually a windowless storage room, with a tall piece of furniture at the foot of the bed for storage, nothing like the listing photos. On the last day, we found a disgusting mess on the bed cover: blood, yellow stains, pubic hair, and other unknown substances. Knowing we'd slept on it was revolting, and it fit with the rudeness and lack of professionalism we'd already experienced. The apartment was extremely hot, and the fans provided did absolutely nothing. There was no toilet paper either. We had to buy our own rolls, a minor issue compared with the terrible hygiene, rudeness, and awful management. The platform only allows four photos; otherwise I'd post a whole album of this so-called accommodation. And here's their rude, ill-mannered reply: Property response: “I'm sorry your stay was so unpleasant, and we'll take your comments into consideration, even though they're so different from the reviews we've received.”
