The subway gives you a connection to the airport and to Sao sabastio, which is almost in the city center. The station is nice and clean, and there's also an ATM multibanco on site.

The red line metro is several floors underground. It's hard to get around if you don't use the lifts.

It's the station right after the airport stop. There are residential areas and government offices nearby, and the platform is quite deep.
