The living room and open kitchen were fairly spacious, with a table for four or five, a cozy sofa, and a TV with Netflix. The bedrooms had enough room to move around. One bathroom was outside but close to its bedroom, and it was quite small. There was barely any space between the shower and door, so a larger person might have trouble getting in and closing it. Still, for a few days and so close to the city center, I thought the apartment was great for what it offered. The small bathroom could have been bigger, but I don't think anyone would be disappointed.

The bedrooms were very clean, and the place was near the Center. The office employees were really nice, especially Gonçalo Guerra, who was great at hospitality. We had a great experience.

Getting into the room outside office hours was easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very large and clean, with two bathrooms. It's close to everything, around five minutes to the metro and ten minutes from the metro because the walk is uphill.

We had agreed with the owner that we could check in early, at midnight, and he even asked us for our boarding passes. But when we got to the hotel, other people had been put in our place. We contacted him, and he simply said there was nothing he could do, leaving us out on the street in the middle of the night with no help or empathy. The street was awful to navigate with luggage and had many homeless people. With the city's housing crisis, we walked for kilometers and couldn't find anywhere to stay, so we had to spend the night on the street. I've traveled to other countries for years and this has never happened to me. I would never recommend this accommodation. It was inhumane.
