I had a very comfortable Junior Deluxe Suite, with a spacious bathroom and a big bathtub. The kitchenette has a microwave, which is handy for making simple meals, and the rates seemed fair. You can also rent connected rooms linked by a small hallway to make a double bedroom with a separate living space. The hotel feels new and well planned, with easy parking, and it's about a 10-minute drive from the city centre. Downstairs there's a lovely pool and spa, and both the gym and breakfast were very good. Traffic, trains, and the odd plane can make the road outside noisy, though it didn't bother me much. It worked well as a base for Lisbon, since an Uber gets you into the centre in minutes.

The staff are wonderful and helpful, from reception to the restaurant and spa, and housekeeping are friendly as well. The spa is a lovely facility that's worth trying, and the rooftop bar has breathtaking views of the sea and the city of seven hills. This Hyatt is a great place for families, solo trips, or a leisure stay. It's away from the city's crowds but easy to reach tourist spots, malls, and shops, with a 24-hour pharmacy nearby. I'd recommend staying here for the five-star hospitality.

The thoughtful design and stylish wood furnishings made the suite feel high quality, and its amenities made the stay especially comfortable: a water filter, Bosch washer and dryer, and dishwasher. As a Hyatt Globalist with hundreds of nights at Hyatt properties, I'd say this is easily the best Hyatt Regency I've stayed in. The staff were lovely throughout. I didn't get their names, but the young man serving breakfast, the front desk team, and the bell staff were all warm, friendly, and welcoming. A standout stay.

We had to stay unexpectedly, and the whole team made things easy for us. The hotel staff, room, and food were excellent. Since we couldn't get around the city much for a few days, the tasty food at Zest and the trolley were especially helpful. I'd stay here again and recommend it.

We came in the off season and had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. Being near Belem worked well for us, with a quick bus or train ride downtown, and we liked being away from Lisbon's busy centre. The spa is amazing. Try the CBD massage, we'll be back!
