Lisbon Airport Suites

We arrived at 9pm and couldn't reach the owner, even after calling the number above on WhatsApp. We waited over an hour, exhausted and frustrated, then had to book another hotel to make sure we were safe. I never saw inside, but this doesn't seem like a hotel, just an apartment with a bunch of rooms. The WhatsApp contact finally got back to me the next day, said I'd called the wrong number, and mentioned a few other confused and upset people had contacted him too. Please don't book here.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable, with the metro close by and a bakery and shopping mall nearby. Hosts sent detailed instructions, so checking in on your own was easy. You can hear the entrance area and sometimes the other rooms. I'm a deep sleeper, so it wasn't a problem for me. If you're a lighter sleeper and other guests are noisy, ear plugs might help. In my case, everyone was respectful. Worth checking out.

The room wasn't clean, and the pillows smelled dirty, like they hadn't been washed. The building itself was old, tall, smelly, and hard to find. Looking at the pictures, I expected a comfortable hotel, but what you get is a room in an apartment building. Customer service was terrible. We stood outside at night for almost 2 hours without instructions for opening the outer door. A resident helped us get in. We contacted the property on WhatsApp, and they said the check-in message had been sent and was in spam. I checked several times before it arrived. My check-in was at 3pm, but the email didn't come until 8:23pm.

The suites are in a residential building right beside Metro Olivais, with a bus stop nearby too. The room was clean and practical for one night before a flight, and the self check-in instructions arrived ahead of time and were very clear. My only small gripe was the pillows, they were as fluffy as airplane ones. Otherwise, a very nice stay. I
