The place is well situated, with easy access to the metro and city centre. Still, I wouldn’t recommend it. The landlord looked for reasons to keep my deposit, and apparently other newcomers had the same experience. It seemed to me they take advantage of tenants who don’t know the country well. Basic maintenance was ignored too, including a repair to the door lock. After the owner replied, I added this: The photos you posted show the apartment and room I lived in, and they’re recognizable. I also remember the place being listed on Google as COOL at the same address and with the same images. I think the name change may have been intended to make these denials possible. I hope the photos help you recognize your own property. I can upload my contract too.

My room faced the street, and cars made a lot of noise through the night, so I wouldn’t suggest staying here if you’re sensitive to sound. The location is central and close to the metro, and the room itself was clean. Ricardo was very helpful and gave me good advice. After checkout, I asked to leave my luggage for a few hours. I paid the 5 euros they charged, though I’d never been charged that much before.

The room and toilets were really clean, and I enjoyed my stay. There’s a metro station nearby, along with a great park and plenty of cafes and bakeries. I didn’t use the kitchen because the bakeries around there were so delicious. I’ll come back next time I’m in London!

I slept really well every night in this quiet neighborhood. The guesthouse is very well looked after by Ricardo, who’s very friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of bathrooms and toilets. It’s very close to the subway, and the building has a lift.

The check-in was very easy, and I’d absolutely recommend staying here. The room is cozy and large, with lovely decor and super comfortable beds. The shared bathroom and kitchen were clean too. It’s very close to the metro and an easy walk from the centre, with plenty of good transport connections around.
